As one of the institutions which legally permitted to conduct TOEFL test, English Language Center of\u00a0<em>UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang\u00a0<\/em>has many qualified programs related to TOEFL and one of them is to cooperate with other educational institutions for TOEFL preparation course and testing. Related to this, Kyai Abdurrahman and Ibu Balqis Humaira, representatives from\u00a0<em>Pondok Pesantren Nurul Islam I\u00a0<\/em>which is located in\u00a0<em>Jember<\/em>, visited English Language Center of\u00a0<em>UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang\u00a0<\/em>on 27 November 2017 to discuss the\u00a0partnership plan regarding TOEFL course and testing program.\u00a0They implied\u00a0that the intention<em>\u00a0<\/em>of the visit is\u00a0to offer a collaborative plan of TOEFL preparation program in\u00a0\u00a0<em>Pondok Pesantren Nurul Islam I\u00a0<\/em>especially for students in the twelveth grade. Since\u00a0<em>Pondok Pesantren Nurul Islam I\u00a0<\/em>has three different high-schools,\u00a0they hoped that lecturers in English Language Center of\u00a0<em>UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang\u00a0<\/em>can help to design and teach the TOEFL course there.<\/p>\n<p>Although the joint program had been agreed by both institutions, further details of the program are still under discussion. The\u00a0Head of English Language Center,\u00a0Dr. Syamsudin, expected that this kind of collaboration will last.
